Wonderful experience with this business. We wanted a fire using sustainable fuel sources to complete our new home, they really knew their products and the best way to achieve this for us. Carl was so knowledgeable and patient, helped us select the best stove to suit our needs, installed it so professionally, showed us how to use it correctly and even helped us sort out a wood source. Throughly recommend both the ship and Carl.

Big shout out to king William fire places, had a log burner fitted by Carl and Liam two top guys left it spotless took all the rubble away cleaned up, they explained how it works and great to talk to, highly recommend king William fireplaces the owner in the showroom explains everything and lots of choices.

Thank you to Carl, Martin and everyone at King William Fireplaces. Visited the showroom, picked out fireplace and fire and within a few weeks, our old fireplace and gas fire was removed and the new one, complete with new electric fire, was fitted in half a day. Excellent service, we would certainly recommend this company. Thanks once again.
