        If there was zero star I would give that. They charged me for extra for my insurance due to a fraudulent claim and now claim was closed in my favour I have been ringing the Birmingham office past 3 weeks to get my NCB back and premium adjusted and they say we will call you back but no one does. One of the worst companies I've ever been with.

        Very very bad service. And arrogant underwriters. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Avoid this insurance company. Pay abit more and go elsewhere.
