We came to this yard after a friend recommended it to us. Karen met us and we discussed our horses needs, nothing was too much trouble. There is all year turn out, a great arena with flood lights, large stables and a real sense of family. Karen, Chris and Stephen all go above and beyond to truly make this a fantastic place to keep your horse. George settled straight away and it just felt right! We have one happy horse, and for that we thank you x

The yard is a stunning yard... which is a shame as the yard owner is not so very nice! She has sent me numerous amounts of abuse via text (which I have kept). She has also slated me about my person life. She stalked my social media and had a go at me for anything that I shared. She always told me people on the yard was complaining to her about me but once spoken to the other liveries it was all news to them. If you want a yard owner to have a go at you for your personal life and nothing horse related then this is the yard for you, if not then I would stay clear. Edit: Clearly Karen is the good guy.... I think not! Please see below the abuse you get. And please elaborate how I have been on 4 yards in the space do 6 months when Ive been at yours for 6 months??? Your lies just dont add up!!

Having owned my horse for 20 years moving yards was a very hard decision to make. A year ago we moved to Karens yard where we both settled in straight away. I was shocked at how well and quick my (usually anxious )horse settled. Being on full livery my horse wants for nothing and is cared for to a five star standard, leaving me feeling reassured he is happy and his needs are met. The best decision I made was moving to Houghs and I now spend quality time with my horse around, genuinely nice, horse loving people
