        Ripped my missus off with this service, when she went back for the payment they took off loads of money and when she asked why they said because of certain items, when we asked for those items back (to see what they meant by that) they then said "sorry we dont speak english" even though they clearly spoke very good english when they was basically all over us for our goods to begin with. Poor customer service i dont trust them one bit

        Don't trust these people, all they want is your brand new!Clothes and pay nothing for it,we took 9 bags in,they only looked through 1 ,still got a fiver ,but it shows when they can't be bothered, plus they're definitely selling the best on Facebook etc,coz I've seen items of mine on there for alot more than wat I was given,plus I thought these items were meant to be going to the needy,etc!!!
