I visited this station last month, which its fair to say was fully exploiting the fuel crisis by charging 15p/L above the national average at the time (2.06). I filled up 100.50 and went in to pay with cash. I paid with a 100 coin, 2 x 20ps and a 10p. This was accepted, but as I was driving away, I was stopped and told to come inside to speak to the manager. I obliged, but was met with a women so far out of her depth, that she called in the reinforcement of a Costa coffee employee, who is apparently in charge, calling her the dirty manager, as if they are an authority on the status of legal tender payments. After a male Karen trying to stick his nose in telling me I cant film under data protection law, I informed him I dont have to comply with GDPR as Im not an organisation. The female staff continued to be stubborn and frankly rude, using the argument that you couldnt pay with Euros, so why would they accept a 100 coin? Completely illogical. They then told me to leave and demanded I delete the recording. I asked for a receipt but was ignored, and the rewards points were also removed from my account. Overall these guys are absolutely clueless and couldnt run a bath, let alone a petrol forecourt. The only reason it got an extra star, is for the young polite and professional male employee at the start. If you want to see the encounter for yourself, search for BP Karen on YouTube.

One of worst service stations where misleading price and cold water hand wash in toilet in shopping mall. Waze price was 115.9 and i paid 148.9 for per litre petrol. Manager was not available instead staff members were shouting with me when I took the evidence and reported. Trading Standard and Franchise Licensing Department should check this or change the licensing owner. A full of scams with customers in motorway when misleading customers from 100 miles away by online cheep price by Waze Navigation and other apps. Really shame how they are selling this way to customers and ripping them each customer 5 to 20 minimum
