I always take my dog Tyrone, which a bichon frise, to K9 Couturne where he get's a regular trim. The little fella is so spoilt, he has the time of his life every time I drop him off there. Recently I left Tryone in the safe hands of lovely ladies mid-morning whilst I indulged in a few cocktails in the City. Poor Tryonne turned up looking like a giant cotton wool ball and when I returned to pick him up he looked like a completey different dog. It was like Star's in your Eyes for Dogs, tonight Matthew I'm going to be a new dog sort of thing. The girls are so friendly and polite and always leave Tyrone looking like Brad Pitt of the cainine world. They always make such a fuss over him, he loves being touched. Would highly reccomended! There's no other place I would take Tyrone! Thanks and see you soon. Al and Tyronne

First and last time taking my king Charles here. I took him in on the Saturday for a full groom.(2hrs). They were short staffed so took around 3 and a half hours, I came back almost at closing time and he still wasn't finished so I waited. They brought him out and his body looked OK, very short which I asked for. I paid and left. When I got home I noticed that his ears didn't look consistent, one longer than the other so combed him to then notice that the cut wasn't level and none of it had been feathered in. His head had not been touched , his ears were still matted, his front legs had longer bits where they'd not done right and two bold patches on his middle. Tail also not been shaped. I messaged them to get this rectified. Arranged to bring back on the Tuesday. I took him in , told the girls my issues and frustration that the groom didn't look good at all, I got a half hearted apology and they asked me what I wanted them to do! Anyway after a long awaited proper apology I agreed for them, reluctantly, that they try and correct their mistakes and left him there. I was told he'd be again another 2 hrs so I went home. Got a text to say he was ready. Yes they did a better job, I was still unhappy as I had taken time out of my day again to go there due to their incompetence. I was offered no discount for the inconvenience, no empathy to my frustration, and no real true apology. Customer service is shocking!!! They said next time I go they would make sure his done properly, no discount like any reputable company would offer to keep their clients. I stated there wasn't going to be a next time and the girl said "ok" I expected " oh I'm so sorry you feel this way" maybe if we do X,Y,Z you may change your mind but nothing. I left fuming. I will book with my usual place from now on. The only reason i didn't was because it was fully booked for the whole month. Overall Customer service and lack of some girls experience has lost a customer.
