        Took 2 months to finally get 1 fence panel which they said was in stock online. 4 phone calls chasing to be constantly told the stock was coming in and they would call us but they never did. Emailed asked for a refund, no response for 2 weeks. When we finally rang to chase the refund they told us they had stock now and were asking us why we hadnt rang them. No apology!!! Poor customer service.

        Went there today to pick up a panel at 4.40,meant to be open till 5. Rushed from my job and waited in rush hour traffic to find they wernt there, cost me an hour out my day. Not great
