CQC's inspection report stated ''The registered manager and staff told us that no staff meetings were taking place. This meant staff did not have the opportunity to raise concerns which could place people at risk of harm''. Arrogance beyond belief - should such a person be running a care company??
Angel Cares previous inspection by the Care Quality Commission said Angel Care Tamworth were in breach of several regulations. CQC, and found that people did not always receive calls at the allocated time or for the correct amount of time, and that there were not enough staff available to offer support to people. CQC the government inspectorate said '' the provider's recruitment process did not ensure staffs suitability to work within people's homes. DREADFUL!
OH DEAR NO SURPRISE AT ALL THIS DREADFUL PROVIDER HAS GONE TO THE WALL AND GONE INTO LIQUIDATION. YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW EH.
