        Called in with an empty 11kg bottle and was dealt with by a lovely lady who set up an account for me in minutes and away I went with my replacement bottle. Couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Thank you very much.

        They are absolutely useless, without gas over Christmas and my delivery of gas did not come yesterday, so without gas again. After over an hour waiting on the phone yesterday, finally got through , they were rude and unhelpful and could not tell us when our gas will come. Do not use this company, they could not careless about their customers.
