Needed to order a new motor for my Kymco but was unable to remove the VAT so dropped the team a whatsapp message and they replied within an hour to sort the problem. I have used them before and am always very impressed that the team look after the customer so well. It's really satisfying to know if you need help they are only a call away. Outstanding customer support.

I bought a used seat post for an Invacare Auriga 10. Note the word USED. I was totally amazed when I opened the well packed, package!!!!!!!!!! It was in mintastic condition. Not a scratch or blemish like new not even a rust pimple. It was well worth the cost.

Awful service! I ordered some spare parts for my disabled brothers Mobility scooter as a Christmas present. I ordered the wrong parts so spoke to these people via email and was told I could return it and they would send out the correct part. I did this within two weeks and I am still waiting for the correct parts to be sent out (it's now the 20th April - four months later). Many emails sent, most ignored. A few answered but purely with lies. Use another mobility store if you value customer service and your sanity!
