I write with reference to the 2 contacts that we dealt with at KW, Suzanne Carmichael and Mac Cheema. Suzanne was Proactive (capital P) and needed no prompting on when to obtain & provide updates taking the stress out of the situation, thank you Suzanne. Mac was a Superstar, from the outset it was clear that he has an indepth knowledge of the industry and area. He had great contacts and again provided a proactive approach, I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Mac to anyone, whatever the property as he has a large range in his reportoire. We cannot recommend Mac Cheema - Keller Williams Meldone Estates highly enough. He and his team looked after us from start to finish during the process of selling our home. His wealth of knowledge and experience was invaluable - nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always on hand to answer questions or give us advice, at anytime, 7 days a week. Without Mac and his team constantly working hard, behind the scenes, to keep our chain intact I am not sure our sale would have got over the line.
