We didn't buy very much as called in with a problem from a campervan bought elsewhere two days before but Kendal Caravans could not have been more helpful and professional in assisting us. I would strongly recommend them to other novices like ourselves who need to be able to rely on the advice of experts who are prepared to go the extra mile whether it results in a big sale or not. They have a great team and we really appreciated the help provided.

Total incompetence reported fault on our van 8th march 3 weeks later said had been but couldnt gain entry ( farm has always had key ) rang me. And asked for 50 call out fee which we paid rang last Thursday to be told ran out of time on the Wednesday. Said would be next week or week after .farm organised for some to come on the easter Saturday now got working shower. Do not use these people

Excellent service was provided on their purchase of my tourer caravan. Simon made all the arrangements for the inspection, appraisal, collection and payment of the caravan which were all carried out on time and as promised. Met Simon Mepham at the NEC show in October, professional, courteous and very approachable. Paid our deposit and collected our new van from Kendal. Nothing was too much trouble and Simon answered all our questions, we never felt hurried. Excellent people, Excellent service!! Well Done..... Olive and Nigel
