Ordered my 3rd pair of Redback boots from Bushgear, never had a problem and in most instances the boots arrived the following day after placing my order. Happy to recommend Bushgear

Ordered 2 pairs of boots (wasn't sure what size I needed). I walked 10m down a concrete road in the smaller size to decide they didn't fit. I cleaned them up and returned them. Tradewinds claimed they are in an "unsellable condition" which is absolute rubbish and won't refund me. They are just taking advantage of their return policy position and my lack of proof. Really poor service from them and I would avoid them at all costs! Basically scammers. Never again!

I placed an order before Christmas and within the deadline window. They were clearly very busy but I was surprised that they closed for Christmas before the boots were shipped. BUT, to my delight they seem to have kept on working and have now dispatched the boots which are arriving today

Terrible and rude customer service!!! The ERROR on their website at Bushgear allowed me to order and pay for a pair of boots that they didn't even have in stock, even though I received emails confirming the purchase. For over a week after my purchase, they finally managed to send me an email about the truth that they were out of stock and offered me a cheaper model without offering any refunds of the difference in amount - which I had to ask for myself. I told them I was still interested in the original pair whenever they were back in stock (which I would have to wait for additional 6 weeks for), if they perhaps could send it to me with faster shipping which didn't seem unreasonable to me at least. They refused. I accepted it and simply asked if there were anything they could do in hope to speed up the already delayed delivery. Without any further notice, they cancelled my order and refunded me the amount and said "...you are more than welcome to buy from another retailer." So without wanting to cause more fuzz I ordered new pair from another website just to realise that it is by the same distributor with the same staff at customer service. With e few minutes after my new purchase my order gets cancelled once again with a blunt email that basically tells me to F*** off. Wow, great job... So yeah, NEVER gonna even click on their websites nor will I recommend them to ANYONE. Sad to have read so many top reviews about them only to have such an awful experience myself. Maybe I was just unlucky in dealing with one of their employees.
