I'm quite new to 'tweakments' and Karen gave me confidence as she clearly understood the 'less is more' approach I wanted to take. I have now had Profhilo (re-boots your skin's collagen) and a very small lip enhancement, the latter of which is very natural. I never see anyone coming out of there looking overdone, which is a great thing to achieve on so many clients.

My 2nd visit to Karen both great experiences and results are fab. Very gentle. Karen is highly experienced and very knowledgeable so you always feel safe with her.

Yesterday I went for a full body laser session with the one & only Dimi! What a delight she was I absolutely adore her she made my first ever laser session go smoothly she made me feel so comfortable especially when your so vulnerable. I didnt feel shy or nervous as soon as I walked in! The information she provided was amazing I love that I walked out learning so much about my own body. I couldnt recommend anyone better for hair removal I travelled from Margate just for the best already booked in for my next session which I cant wait for ! Both Karen & Dimi are both so wonderful and definitely ones to be trusted! I only met Demi yesterday and I can honestly say what a lovely women I didnt want to leave the clinic after my appointment I couldnt chat away if the ladies werent busy! Thank you all for making my visit so pleasing xx

I have only been to the clinic twice i must say what a lovely welcome ive had on both occasions. Greeted with a smile. Karen is brilliant at what she does and very gentle too. Also, karen took the time to explain things to me regarding other treatments. I will definitely be returning. Thankyou so much ladies very happy.
