Trev's Shoe Repairs

Rude owner, avoid if you like good service! My partner went in to get a key cut and was told it was the wrong type of key, owner didnt seem to grasp when you move into a property you dont get any say over what type of key youre given. Then very rudely snapped its cash only, absolutely fine its his choice but we decided he clearly didnt want or need our business and went elsewhere. Manners cost nothing, would be wise to remember that Trev!

I had my heels dome on my shoes Trsv did a great job 14.95 & far cheaper than Timpsons @ 26.00 I can highly recommend this shoe repairer well done Trev !

We had a key cut, however it didn't work,. It turned out the wrong key template was used. We went back, to find out the owner was fully aware of his mistake when it happened but thought "we wouldn't come back as we're from Ashford and he had charged us less than Timpsons would". We did get a refund, with no apology given..... Shocking customer service!

Shocking., Go to Timpsons I try and support local businesses so I visited Trevs shoe repairs for the simple task of getting my key cut. The owner took my money and said to bring it back if I had any problems, I returned the following day with my key asking for it to be adjusted as it did not work to which the rude owner replied that I needed the original key that came with with the door lock ( which I do not own) I asked him if that was the case why copy my key in the first place and take my money. I visited Timpsons , the friendly young lady who served me copied my key ( the same one I at Trevs shoe repair ) Timpsons completed the task, my key works and the lady said I did not need the original key. Lesson learnt, go to Timpsons
