Beautiful pub with friendly, welcoming and professional staff. It was fantastic to see such a nice amount of spacing between tables, you never felt on top of the people around you and could hear yourself think/talk. The food was delicious and incredible. The menu was dated for our day, I got the impression that this changes on a regular basis so I doubt you'd get two meals the same. We visited on Sunday and had roast dinner with starters and desserts. The starters were works of Art and we were amazed at the attention to detail in the food. The salmon mosaic was incredible and the flavours perfectly balanced. I had the beef and it was full of flavour and beautifully cooked. The vegetables and extras were equally as good. The chefs clearly take great pride in their food and flavours. Everything was produced to a very high standard. It was my wife's birthday and we didn't mention this but clearly the waitress overheard this, they took off her expresso martini from the bill as a birthday present from the staff. A genuinely lovely touch. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to all.
