        Worst service in England customers service leaves you hanging for over 45 mins and no body answers the local office. Do not really on this service of your disabled like me they just hang you out to dry and ignore you

        Please parcelforce and Royal Mail, can you make it slightly easier to obtain your parcel from the post office. Other carriers provide automated lock boxes out of hours collection live parcel divert etc. Where as my builder is unable to collect a tap that was late on its delivery and diverted to the post office. Even though he had the sorry I missed you collection card and a photo of my ID. I understand security issues but this type of collection hasnt changed since I was a kid and you need to move with the times.
