Smart Plumbing did a superb, professional job installing our new radiators. When we first approached Smart Plumbing about changing them, Ian came and recommended a separate company for supplying the radiators which we really appreciated as they were a great price compared to what we had seen elsewhere. Nathan and Charlie turned up on day of install on time and completed everything perfectly and left our home immaculate. Would highly recommend to anyone. Service: Heating system installation

We used Smart plumbing recently to reroute the shower from tank to combi. We were told it would take 3 days , during which time the water and heating would be off. We dropped a key to Ians team and went away for the 3 days. When we came back you would not have known they had been in - except now everything worked! Thanks for a great job. Highly recommended.

Dear Ian and Millie Thank you . Thank you from the bottom of my heart . We really appreciated you coming out so quickly to look at our boiler , and fixing it so quickly . Having no heat was one thing but when the leak started that was something else. Ian , you dont know the relief we felt when your face came through the door , your just the best, know your job inside and out , and diagnosed the problem in seconds , wonderful . Millie , your a star , your reassuring voice on the end of the phone was just the tonic . Were here for you abi Ill never forget that. 5 stars doesnt scratch it but its all I can give and a glowing review for you that I hope gets read by people that need trustworthy plumbers that absolutely know there jobs and are just so nice !!! I have been without hot water in my shower for several days and this evening joy of joys I've had a wonderful hot shower thanks to the lovely woman who answered the phone (I should have asked her name) who talked me through fixing the problem myself.
