I started seeing Sean with the aim of strengthening my legs and postponing a possible knee replacement. Six months on I now go because I really enjoy the sessions with Sean and the overall strength I have built up.

Sean has a relaxed and friendly style of encouragement without compromising his ability to drive you for maximum results. Never been into weights and prefer being outdoors so pleasently suprised I enjoyed the first 10 PT sessions. I needed some strength work to complement my Triathlon training which pteviously I had never really bothered with. However, as we get older weights become an even more essential part of exercise. Will continue SB programme with updates and add further PT sessions as needed.
