I had a great eyewear styling appointment with Sarah, who was friendly and incredibly patient! It was an interesting experience and encouraged me to think about the image that is projected through what we wear, including our glasses. It was nice to have a bit of space and time to try on various frames, and to have Sarah considering and suggesting some different styles. A new set of frames and new lenses for me and the aftercare has been exceptional. Would thoroughly recommend!

Eye testing was thorough, with the optician great at explaining what she was doing and what I needed. Then I took advantage of a free "eyewear styling" appointment before choosing my glasses, which was really good. I speak as someone who wouldn't have thought I'd have gone for/enjoyed that sort of thing, but Sarah was lovely and helpful, and I've ended up with a pair of glasses that I absolutely love but that I might never have picked off the rack left to my own devices.

Came for an eye test yesterday and the optometrist was absolutely brilliant. Very thorough and professional, explained everything very clearly and helpfully. Really got the impression that I was in safe hands. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I always go here for my eye tests. I am very grateful to them for identifying an issue and referring me to the hospital in the recent past. Easy to access and always feel valued as a client. Today Ekta was very professional and reassuring. She guided me through all of the procedures calmly and knowledgeably. I felt my eyes had been thoroughly examined and I appreciated all of her recommendations which I shall be following up as she suggested.
