I have used Chris at Faversham Optical several times now to upgrade my prescription lenses in various pairs of spectacles and I cannot rate his service high enough. Great communication, an efficient service and all at a very reasonable price. An invaluable local service for the people in and around Faversham.

Faversham Optical were so helpful, they had the glasses I had been search for everywhere at a really reasonable price. My order was sent out quickly, was well packaged and they even sent me a case, and cleaning spray. They were also so polite and friendly when I called due to me not being able to order online (due to my lack of computer skills) and took my order and payment over the phone which was so helpful.

What a great service by Chris. During this lockdown my glasses broke. My friends recommended him to me, so I have contacted Chris via facebook. He came to my house and repaired them on the spot. An impressive and genuine first class service. Will be back to Chris for sure!

Amazing experience from this business. I had a sight test at Boots who gave me a prescription. The frames and lenses i wanted from Boots came to 290. After looking online I was able to buy the frames myself for 80, then these guys then made the lenses for me, and re glazed the lenses on my existing glasses, all for 50. Add that to the 80 I paid for the lenses it came to a total of 130, saving me 160 from the Boots price and getting my existing glasses done to boot. Add to that the fact the my glasses were collected from my doorstep and returned later that evening all completed, I am astounded by the money saved and the service given. Thank you very much for the great price and great service. Thoroughly recommend.
