My contact with Connells throughout our purchase was always timely, helpful and informative. We had a particularly tricky transaction that has taken almost a year to complete and special thanks must go to the sales progressor, Tracey Keithson, who went above and beyond to help us chase people in all parts of the chain and help solve the many problems we encountered. I had never appreciated how important this role was, but I don't think the transaction would have completed had it not been for Tracey.
