Calmer Minds Hypnotherapy

I smoked for approximately 25 years and tried lots of methods to stop, none of which worked. Then I had a smoking cessation appointment with Ricky at the start of April and have not smoked since, and no cravings either. I felt safe and secure throughout the session and was relaxed and at ease. There is no lying down on a couch and you are aware of what is happening and being said whilst under hypnosis. I have already felt some health benefits, my chest does not get tight when I walk and I don't sound wheazy and breathless. Give it a go if you want the easy and simple way to stop.

I first contacted Ricky at Calmer Minds Hypnotherapy as I had just finished a course of counselling sessions but still felt that some form of therapy was needed but something different. At the start of my sessions, I would cry about everything, however, as the sessions went on, my mind and body become calmer, more relaxed and no more crying - bonus! Since working with Ricky, I have a more positive mind set, I still have my moments, but I remind myself of all the hard work/therapy I have done and pull myself together. Whereas this time last year, I would have just had a breakdown. I found Ricky on a social media platform. I had a life time fear of cats for over 60 years and I needed help to get over this debilitating phobia that was paralyzing my life on so many levels. Psycho therapy or exposure therapy was not the answer. I spoke with Ricky and after 2 sessions my fear/phobia was gone! I am totally shocked and amazed that I was able walk into my sisters house for Christmas Eve for the first time with zero anxiety this all I wanted.I even saw the cat twice and did not run out of the house. Ricky has made a behavioral change in me that I never dreamed could be a reality! I highly recommend Ricky hes amazing he is patient and listens and I was so comfortable!
