The Change Within

I did a google search for cbt in Faversham and came across The Change Within, popped over a message for info and so glad I did. Jan is such a lovely lady who has helped me immensely. I have anxiety and issues going out, which have very been debilitating for many years and resulted in many issues with self confidence and health. During our sessions Jan has worked with me using cbt and reinforcing this with hypnotherapy. I love the way she works with me as a whole person and the fact I feel completely relaxed and not judged, which is so important as it has allowed me to open up fully and helped the progress of moving my life forward in the direction I want it to go in. Throughout our sessions I have learnt many new tools to set me up to lead a better life, changed my thought process and the language I use to myself as well as having a much more positive mindset. Repetition has been key and having homework to do outside of sessions has also been a big part of moving forward. Jan has been absolutely amazing, I cannot thank her enough for all the kindness, help and support she has given me in finding a happier, more confident version of myself. She is a truly remarkable lady, who has been incredible in my journey, I feel extremely lucky to have found her. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jan, it has been without a doubt the best decision I have made.
