Prolectrical were just what I needed to get some work done quickly and efficiently. They responded to my enquiry quickly, came out within a few days and were very clear about fees and charges. I knew exactly where I stood - and was extra pleased to be given a clear timeslot for when they would arrive. The guys doing the work were polite, friendly and efficient and just got on with it - with the results I wanted. I would definitely use them again. My dog liked them too! Really good emergency response as I had to have a weekend call out, as all the sockets in my home failed while I was away. Jon came and worked really fast on finding a solution. All sorted, it was in the end a simple solution, but complicated to trace, as with many electrical issues. Thank you so much for working systematically through my home to sort it all.
