BEWARE OF WILL THE MANAGER Will is the manager with brown hair, tattoos and a (patchy) beard. Will was very rude to me during my visit to the store, making sarcastic remarks and had a cocky attitude. This is no way to treat customers of a store. If he is rude and cocky to you, please report to his superior

Can click and collect have to pay online so can't see it and if not what you want you have to wait 3-5 working days for your money to be paid back so you can't try to get it somewhere else if you need the money for it especially for people during lockdown. Also social distancing at Argos faversham. They asked me and my husband to stand here and wait until the man at the till has left so not too close, OK but where you told us to stand, he then can't get out even if I was on my own as you block it. You need to do an in and out? Use the bit where you used to walk in to Argos as well in part of Sainsburys

I took delivery of a BUSH under the counter freezer yesterday and on inspecting the interior i noticed some wiring was unprotected above one of the drawers so I contacted Argos at their store who phoned customer services and after a long wait i was told they couldn't change it for a week, i found this unacceptable, also last year I had delivered a chest freezer which had it's lining split and I had to send that back, i think they have no quality control when these items are made and i will never buy another BUSH product.

I returned a battery pack which failed while it was under the 1 year Argos warranty. I was told by the gentleman at Argos Faversham that I couldn't have a replacement because I hadn't returned it with the USB charger cable that originally came with it (this was because the cable also failed a few months earlier; I disposed of it and bought a new one at my own expense - 8.00 to be precise, from Sainsbury's Faversham which houses this Argos store). I'm very surprised and disappointed at Argos Faversham for being so pedantic and awkward in order to avoid honouring their 1 year warranty. The fact that I didn't return the USB charger cable doesn't change the fact that the battery pack is: a) faulty, b) sold to me by Argos, c) still within the Argos 1 year warranty. I've spent thousands of pounds with Argos on home appliances but this experience has damaged my faith in their customer care - if they won't honour their 1 year warranty, it's simply not worth the risk of buying from them in the future.
