The staff here are lovely and really friendly, they made me feel very welcome. Because they cannot take on anymore NHS patients I was offered a package that is very affordable and have been able to get appointments very quickly. My dentist was very good and put me at ease as I am a bit nervous when it comes to my teeth. Thank you

Had a molar extracted yesterday. Virtually painless. Excellent dentist, explained everything that was happening and she was very encouraging.

I think this practice has gone down hill. Dentist and hygienist are great but they refused to see me in an emergency despite being sent back to them by both minor injuries unit and emergency dentist line. I will not be going back,

Cancellation after cancellation - sometimes 2 years to wait for a checkup!!! My son has had his appointment cancelled/moved so many times, finally on the train alone to his appointment this morning (he has anxiety so this was a big thing for him) - they have literally just cancelled his appointment on his way there. Train fare paid for out of very low student funds. I am livid. Who is running this practice and who do I complain to and how is my son supposed to get his tooth pain sorted?
