We have been there 4 times to get a tooth extracted for our daughter on emergency appointment. Every time they come up with some excuse to not do the extraction. They start and leave it half way through. The dentists seem to be students who have no clue what they are doing and have no supervision or experience. An emergency tooth extraction has taken months and now we have been asked to not bother removing it until it gets infected. Complete waste of so many appointments.

I think it's disgusting that you haven't got any idea whats going on with your clients. The dentist said must have a appointment on the day of the blood test or the day after No later what so ever. Then you say you can fit in in September. then the next minute you say you can't because the new dentist in September will be leaving? ?????? I thought this was meant to be a emergency???? And also what the point starting on a client if your going to leave after the first appointment and then everything gets scrapped ?? And we got to start all over again. I think this is completely unprofessional And I think you should all got back to training as it looks like you don't know what you are doing at all. the reason I gave this place 1 star rating is because without putting any stars on it you can't do a review so really I only put one stars on the review so in reality this place has 0 stars
