        Shocking customer service, not trained to receive parcels nor able to use their Collect+system. Steer away if you can and do not use them as a parcel collection point as they do not know how it works and they will refuse to give you your parcel. I had a confirmation email from royal mail and had my ID on me and they refused to hand me my parcel. Disgusting manner and treatment as well. The official Royal mail collection point in Clutton is highly recommended instead.
