Jonathan has been extremely helpful. I have had my tracks for 13 years without any issues, when a small nylon stopper fractured. SG-S came to my rescue, and saved me hundreds of pounds by providing the right replacements. I also bought some spares, and set up my account. Silent gliss are my 'go to' when needing curtain rails. Had a user problem with the website and it was cheerfully handled by phone without making me feel a total idiot. I needed to defer delivery date as I was attending a funeral. No problem, arranged for 1 day later. Separate packet containing hooks was damaged.. Replacement arrived within 24 hours. I award 5 stars because the niggles were never allowed to escalate into problems. I thoroughly recommend this company.
