Absolutely amazing service. Had a dodgy (very very old) iPhone 7 and Matt, the technician who fixed my phone, gave very honest advice about recommending not spending the money on fixing it, but fixed it (at my request) for a very reasonable price. He managed to fix what I thought was beyond repair (the battery had been melted, had to replace camera microphone etc-the phone was 5 years old) He also looked at it multiple times at no extra charge when it was still playing up due to old age despite his repairs and sold me an iPhone 7 that is secondhand but in very good condition for a very good price. I am impressed with his friendly customer service, extremely reasonable prices and dedication to ensuring a top customer experience. Thank you Matt you are a legend!
