I've worked with David Wells through a number of marathon, triathlon and cycling related events/injuries and the man is a genius. Truly one of the best and most knowledgable people in sports medicine.

High recommend! They have a deep understanding of the athlete body not to mention they are all a pleasure to be around. I had work done on some chronic problems with great success and some maintenance work to keep up with training which was equally effective.

Outstanding service. Super knowledgable about physiology. I strongly recommend Physical Project for injury recovery, rehab, or just working the kinks out. The treatment choices are just as comprehensive and effective as those available with soft tissue physiotherapy. I have used a lot of massage therapists and Phyical Project is #1 in my books.

I ran 100k this year in my 50's. That took a lot of training! I had regular sports massages with David in the build up and he made sure any niggles were quickly dealt with, and provided great advice. After the run Katie gave me a recovery massage to ensure I could get on with the rest of my life without any aches and pains. Very professional service, very friendly team. Recommended.
