Poor service! Poor and rude agent! I played the mini football game, the game crashed by their server connection issue. Then I contacted their customer service, the agent gave me a lot of junk information and instructions which couldnt cover my lost diamonds(I purchased those diamonds with real money). I argued with the agent that I let them provided their attitude and working solution to customers for such situation; unfortunately, the agent blocked my email account and mark the ticket as resolved?!! Excuse me? ?? Such an unprofessional operation and service is not worth your time and money! I dont suggest miniclip to any of my friends.
