        This is the first time I have taken out a bridging loan. It was a very big step for me to take, but I have to say James made the whole process very easy and straight forward. He guided me through the process and offered me an exit strategy.         James has worked extremely hard over the last 2 years sorting out Mortgage offers for me with different lenders ,I find him to be extremely effecient ,always willing to help and very good at his job

        James has recently helped me remortgage from a not fully FCA regulator lender, to a high street lender. Due to my income streams James has to deal with a lot of complications and managed to work through them all as well as identifying the best option In terms of mortgage lender. I found James to be very professional and excellent in his work ethics, taking calls even in the evening. I would advise anyone to use James for their Mortage .
