Its a real shame as while the premises has always been fairly grotty, the staff and service was great. My recent visit post Covid was a massive disappointment due to the gentleman running the place, who seems to have no idea about customer care or service. Surly attitude and entirely unlikeable. Will take my business elsewhere in future.

Excellent service. Very competent - across measuring, advice and alterations. It's good to browse without being hassled with 'sales' patter. Can't wait to visit again.
