The solicitor dealing with my case didnt want to pursue it any further, I understand but saying that Defendant has taken reasonable steps to treat you in line with the guidelines is appalling provided that this firm is suppose to be emphatetic and supportive. To cut long story short I was discharged with ectopic pregnancy without any follow up plan to treat my condition, which resulted in internal bleeding and required life saving surgery two days later. Its quiet sad to hear that according to Gemma this was the hospital treatment I deserved. The treatment that if I didnt take the matter in my own hands and went to another hospital then probably I wouldnt be here to write this review.

Nobody wants to be in a position where they have to use a service like Hudgells by choice, but I read a couple of reviews and gave them a call to see if there was any way they could help me. After a callback, they informed me that I had a good reason to need their help, and from the start gave me a run-down of all my options and some space to decide. I never felt like the decisions were out of my hands and the result was such a weight off my mind; it felt like I was justified in my grievance, and the reassurance that I was in the right means more than any settlement. Alexandra was always -always - at the end of a phone or email, and never left me waiting for a reply, and her advice in particular was the reason I felt I could get through it to the end. There's nothing Hudgells won't do for you, and you will never regret instructing them. The market's full of fly-by-night's and cowboys. I feel happy I swerved them, and chuffed to bits with the outcome.

Definitely would recommend Hudgell Solicitors!! I had a excellent experience throughout my situation. Although I got switch over from Andy to Nicola about 1or 2 years in it was done very professionally and seamlessly and I was extremely happy and the way my situation was dealt with after! Felt very supported. As someone who doesn't have a clue about the process it was easy to get information and explanations the whole time. Nicola Bailey-Gibbs was amazing with my injury claim.

I would not recommend the Hudgell solicitors law firm, because of my personal negative experience. My medical negligence claim was a very straight forward case. Unfortunately, due to lack of proper engagement of this firm my case has been dragged on for 6 years. The defendant didnt wait so long and managed to leave the country. I was left with nothing with my winning case.
