Jupp Fine Jewellery

After a right debacle trying to have my grandfathers 1970s Montblanc pen repaired. Montblanc themselves havent made the model for years so could do nothing for me. In a last ditch effort I popped by head into Jupp to see if there was anything they could do for me. These incredibly kind people, though they do not specialise in fountain pens, offered to clean it for me with their ultrasonic to see if it might help. The pen is cleaner than ever, and after inspecting the nib, this should have solved the problem. I offered to give them something for their trouble, but they refused preferring a donation to Cancer Research. Its rare to meet such kind, decent and helpful people and Im enormously grateful I did. Ill certainly be going back to them whenever I need jewellery!

This store is well worth visiting if you're looking for quality jewellery. The experience was made all the better for the extremely friendly staff.

Fantastic shop. The owners are incredibly helpful and talented. They helped me design and then created my wedding band, I could not love it more. I would 100% recommend. Every time I need another piece or need to get a gift, this is my first stop.

Made an impulse purchase after glancing in the window whilst passing. Wonderful service, and I'm totally in love with my beautiful earrings! I am looking for another specific piece of jewellery and when I come to buy, I'll be heading back to Jupps!
