        Total shambles - ordered online and received an order confirmation with a PDF invoice and order number. When I enquired where my order was I was told there was no record of my order and the guy I needed to speak to had knocked off early.

        We buy chickens from here - the yellow corn fed French ones and Creedy Carver birds from Devon. Both are really excellent. Other items can be a bit "wholesale packaged", but we have had good dry cured bacon and steak too.

        Have been a customer before, the chicken that time was perfect however this time, they just forward me over chicken they brought from muscle food. with the original muscle food packaging. Not like last time. really poor from a company I raved about.
