Our only regret was that we didnt find Juliana earlier in our journey to purchasing the right home for our family. As first time purchasers and not being a local, searching for the right London apartment proved to be almost an impossible feat. We took over 8 months hunting for the right home but when Juliana came into the picture and she knew what our requirements were, she didnt waste our time and understood our requirements. Her proactiveness and quick follow-ups were exemplary, especially when during our journey, we experienced a sudden family bereavement. She stepped in to ensure our dealings with the developer and our lawyers for completion went smoothly. She went the extra mile when we never expected her to, in assisting us during our difficult time sets her apart from anyone else weve met whilst hunting for a place to purchase in London. We not only found an agent but a genuine friend whom we trusted to act in our best interest. I would highly recommend Juliana for her professionalism, but more importantly for her genuine kindness and compassion when we needed it most.
