Absolute waste of time. Ordered 2 x A5 wagyu steaks last Saturday to be delivered to the store on Wednesday to arrive and be told theyve sold out come back next Thursday. Got a phone call this morning saying theyre in stock so I ordered one more and paid for the 3rd to get a phone call 30mins later to be told only 1 is on stock. Cancelled my ordered and now have to wait 5 working days to get my money back. Waste of time and unhelpful.

Must of been lip service to change my review because not heard a peep from them since. Always give someone a chance to make up for bad experience but this will stand James has been in contact and has sorted everything out to make up for what happened. Ill be able to review some of the food soon I decided to spend some money and get a snake River farm brisket. I was really excited to be able to cook this for my birthday barbecue for all my friends as I do a barbecue every year and everyone has asked for brisket again. This was supposed to be delivered on the 1st of September Ready for my barbecue on the third I get a phone call from them the day before its due to be delivered telling me theyre out of stock even though I had ordered this sum 8 to 10 days before. The advisor agreed with me that what it probably happened is they had sold all of them and not kept one for me something which I think is shocking and really disappointing. I did get offered alternatives but why would I spend money with a company that let me down. Based on this experience I will not try and use them again and I wont recommend them Update. @tomhixon I havent received an email Still no email or contact from company and over a week now Further update Still no contact from them and I even reached out with my email being ignored. 10/11/22
