***AVOID*** I regret to inform you that my experience with Akelius was not up to my expectations. Throughout the entire process, I found their service to be horrible, subpar, and disappointing. Communication was consistently lacking, with no response at all and unanswered inquiries. It was frustrating to constantly follow up and feel like I was not a priority to the agent. Even when I asked to speak to a Manager to file an official complaint they literally told me that clients aren't welcomed to the Office nor provided me with a contact with the Manager to investigate further the horrible experience I have against them. Moreover, the agent's professionalism was lacking, with unprofessional behavior and a lack of attention to details of client management. The agent's knowledge and expertise in the real estate market were also underwhelming. They seemed ill-prepared and provided zero information on multiple occasions, which led to unnecessary complications and delays in the transaction. Additionally, the agency approach was horrible and made me uncomfortable. They often disregarded my preferences and did not take the time to truly understand my needs as a client. I would not recommend Akelius at all based on my experience. Their lack of communication, unprofessionalism, limited knowledge of customer relations management were disappointing and did not meet my expectations for a real estate agent. Avoid!

Many thanks to Michael Osele & Celine Corneau! They both offered me their kind guidance throughout the whole renting process and showed me support in every little detail I needed. Now, that Im renting with Akelius, Michael is always there to help and resolve any issues that arise. I couldnt be any happier with my flat and truly grateful for this experience.

Got in touch with them via phone as I was interested in one of the properties for rent.I was told that no one is available atm but if I'm going to give them my details in 24h someone will get in touch with me. I've waited till next day and called them again. I was told again that no one from lettings is available but someone will get back to me in 24/48 hours.( they doubled the waiting time just in case) It's been few days since then and nothing. This guys are useless! If I would be a landlord, I would never work with them as they have 0 interes in doing their job.

We have recently renewed our agreement with Akelius (after two years) and Ilona has been absolutely fantastic! Very polite, attentive, efficient and kind. A joy to deal with! Thank you very much for such an easy and pleasant experience. Thank you to Akelius for always making sure everything is always taken care of, excellent service.
