I found Kristina made me feel so comfortable sharing difficult topics and created a safe space to do so. Having our sessions has been an incredible help in processing not only a difficult divorce but also other challenging circumstances I have dealt with in the past. I have such a better understanding of my own patterns and impacts which has now enabled me to handle situations much more effectively. I honestly think Ive managed to heal so much more quickly having had the support of Kristina and dont know what I would have done without that. Thank you again Kristina you are amazing and Im such an advocate of therapy now for everyone.

Having seen therapists before Kristina was able to gain my trust where in the past I now see I had not let others. With her help and approach I was able to go past the narrative I had spent years constructing where things 'didn't bother me' and really go to a place I had kept hidden, I was able to start being vulnerable. We uncovered patterns of behaviour and explored many complex and converging issues such as my race, relationships, family and also the pressures of these connected intersectionalities with my work. Over time I began to react differently in situations of pressure, stress and annoyance and explore what was at the root of frustrations. This is just a small part of the journey we went on but I am forever grateful to Kristina for pushing past where I had previously built a wall. For anyone wondering whether or not to book an appointment please read this a sign that you most definitely should. Again I cannot recommend Kristina more highly.
