The numerous sessions over the last year have been instrumental in creating the positive change I was looking for in my life. She helped me heal certain aspects of my relationship with my partner, increased my level of self-care and opened my eyes to important truths I would have never seen on my own. A deeply humbling and empowering experience to say the least.
