        Luke has been amazing. He was exactly what I was looking for in a therapist, someone that I could talk openly with and on the same level. Sometimes we would work through exercises and other times we would just chat about what was going on. I have not had a drink in 4 months and with a bit of hard work from myself and awesome support from Luke here's to the next 4 and many more after :-)

        Luke was very friendly and welcoming, and was very clear and descriptive when delivering the sessions of DBT. I feel like after completing the 12 weeks I have more clarity and control over my thoughts and emotions. The delivery each week was thoughtful and clearly thought out, discussing how to take skills and make them personal to you. A very engaging and interactive experience, one I am positive and pleased to experience myself.
