Dreadful service. They made a mistake in cancelling a barrister for a hearing that was still going ahead. The barrister did not attend and I had the court chasing me up, the case almost got struck out. I had to get someone else from another set to deal with the case as they were not willing to send someone down to sort out the problem they had created as they "had to investigate" rather than try and help me out. The first person I spoke to about this issue actually started huffing and puffing at me when I asked to be put through to the barrister who was meant to be at the hearing. Imagine that, wanting to speak to the barrister who was meant to be at court.... If there was a zero rating they would get it.
