Mr Cooke was the defence barrister hired against me. He submitted a statement of truth which was signed by a director of limited company who was not authorised to sign. The statement of truth contained many, many lies. Either he did not do his job very well or he was blatantly lied to. A barrister should not lie and should gather all facts. As it happens, court action was dropped before his statement of lies could be used. I personally would not recommend this person.
