        Terrible service, wont let you have access to change password in the router. Couldnt stream uk programs such as iPlayer as there ip address show outside of the UK - refused to compensate for any issues or let me terminate. Probably ran by a couple of guys in a shed - in response to your reply I was not using a third party router, it was supplied by you.

        They told me Open Reach is unable to allocate the fibre port, and told me I can choose to refund the activation fee or choose other broadband deal. I chose refund. However, it has been more than three weeks, they didnt contact me or provide any further information/update about the refund. Also, Ive contacted them for several times. There is no reply.
