Terrible company, I am rather surprised at the lack of communication. If I don't take the initiative to chase, nothing is ever done or communicated. I am of the view that they are not customer focused nor do they value service quality. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!

Avoid , worst customer service ever , if u have even a non fault accident they really dont care , 2 non fault accidents and still no one has repaired my car , and be ready to wait 2 hours to get in touch over the phone with someone

This is the WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I have ever dealt with. I paid for a 14 day courtesy van hire and after 4 wasted days of marker studys repair network declining the repair of my van we finally found a garage that was willing repair my van. 5 days after the van had recovered my van and theyve still not sorted me a van hire which has led to me losing my income as I am unable to travel and transport materials and tools to work. The whole reason I paid for van hire is so that I wouldnt have a loss of earnings. Ive been fobbed off from almost every department in the company all using excuses or trying to refer me somewhere else so they dont have to deal with it. To top it off I signed an agreement that a van would be delivered and then 30 mins before they rang me and told me that there is a vehicle shortage - I rang my local enterprise and there is no such shortage. Just pure lies so they dont have to honour the van hire agreement. Disgraceful
