PPRO has been ignoring my emails for weeks, I have lost 20 euros and I still lost it, I have been sending them back since a few weeks, only they do not respond to it!

From the Netherlands PAID FOR Bitcoin worth of 3600 and paid for that on Coinbase. The payment provider transfered the money to Coinbase and Coinbase says they know nothing because they cancelled the transaction. THE MONEY ISN'T ON THE BANK ACCOUNT! We have contacted Coinbase them and they don't help. Now contacting the bank account and seeing how we will proceed from here on. If nothing happens legal action has to be taken against them!! THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND THERE IS NO BITCOIN ON COINBASE AND THE BANK STATES THAT THE AMOUNT HASN'T BEEN CANCELLED.
