I had to call the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) recently to check if my landlord had submitted an appeal of the rejection of the First Tier Property Tribunal's court rejection of its appeal. I dealt with Jeannete and she was very helpful and efficient and she replied to an email request very promptly and efficiently following our call where I had cc'd my landlord. She did not have an official reference but was very pleasant, helpful and efficient and I appreciated this. Thank you.
